Call the Welfare Rights Service and Universal Support team on 020 8921 3333 (Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm). Find out more on the Welfare Rights Service pages of the Royal Greenwich website. Ask them about emergency support scheme.

  • Free counselling in Greenwich children’s centres to help any local mother experiencing mental health issues during pregnancy and after birth.
  • Specialist therapeutic support for young mothers aged 21 years and under with Young Mums Aid.
  • Free creche facilities if needed.

Clockhouse are giving weekly free food deliveries. For families who work with Her Centre, ring Julia on 07960 755 191 or email her on julia@hercentre.org . For all other families email Kevin at manager.clockhouse@gmail.com. She can arrange a weekly delivery of free food. You can also ask for food bank vouchers from her. Also try the community hub above.
