Practice Nurse Clinics
The Practice offers general health checks, clinics for:
- Blood Pressure
- Diabetes
- Asthma
- Heart Problems
- Cervical Smears
- Holiday Vaccinations – If you are travelling abroad please make sure you contact us in plenty of time to arrange any vaccinations that may be necessary.
- Dressings
- Lifestyle Advice
Childhood Immunisations and 8 week and 2 year checks
St Marks Medical Centre, Monday 14:00 – 15:00 (Walk in Clinic). Appointments can be made if you cannot make this clinic. You can attend this service without a referral.
Please bring your baby’s RED book with you whenever you are coming for immunisations. This is particularly important if you have just registered with the practice and your baby has had some of the immunisations at the previous GP practice.
Midwives
If you are pregnant you self refer by calling the Midwives on the number below. If you have concerns about your pregnancy please contact the practice to make an appointment to see the GP or Practice Nurse.
Call the Midwife on 07787 841986 – First pregnancy booking only.
District Nurses and Community Clinics
Your GP will need to refer your for District Nurse Care. To contact the team once you have been referred:
